D. Eric Leighton

D. Eric Leighton is currently the President & CEO of LoadSpring Solutions. D. has previously worked as the Director of Operations for New Technology Solutions, Inc. from March 1997 to November 1999. There, they managed daily operations for a computer manufacturer building ultra-fast Digital Alpha and Intel-based NT Workstations for the CAD/DESIGN/ENGINEERING markets. D. also managed all corporate partnerships with organizations such as DEC, Intel, and Microsoft. Additionally, they grew workstation and server delivery operations, including inventory management and QA from $1.5 Million to approximately $7 million in 2 years.

Before working at New Technology Solutions, Inc., Leighton was the Manager of Special Accounts at PTC from May 1994 to March 1997. There, they managed a highly specialized team of 8 - 10 support engineers responsible for ensuring 100% product satisfaction for approximately 25 of PTC's largest national and international customers. D. was directly responsible for Caterpillar, John Deere, EI DuPont, CASE Corporation and others in the US along with Sneider Electric and others throughout Europe.

Leighton created and managed PTC's highly specialized BETA release validation and testing program to ensure all major customer accounts could migrate successfully to each new release of CAD Software, which occurred every 6 months. This pro-active validation ensured the success of our customers in advance of all major releases and set the proper expectation levels to continue growing customer relationships.

D. Eric Leighton received their MSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and their BSME from the University of Maine. D. is also a Registered Maine Guide, with a certification from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife.
