Rob Pierce

Rob Pierce has a diverse work experience in operations and customer service roles. Rob is currently the Director of Operations at Loaf.com, where they oversee all aspects of the customer journey to ensure exceptional end-to-end experiences. Prior to this, Rob worked at Rapha Racing Limited as the Customer Operations Director and Head of Global Customer Service. Rob also served as an Operations Manager for customer service, focusing on coaching, service enhancements, and best practices in customer communications. Earlier in their career, Rob held roles at John Lewis Head office as a Manager for EHT Aftersales & Advice and an Outsource Coordinator, and at Waitrose as a Customer Service Manager. Rob started their career at John Lewis as a Section Manager on the shop floor.
