Dona Dinescu

Dona Dinescu has a strong background in marketing and analytics. Dona started their career at Leapfrog Online in 2008 as a Sr. Online Marketing Specialist, focusing on product development. Dona then moved on to AccuQuote in 2011 as a Sr. Analyst, Online Marketing. In 2013, they joined Discover Financial Services as a Marketing & Customer Analytics Manager for Consumer Lending Home Equity. Since 2015, Dona has been working at loanDepot, initially as a Director of Enterprise Analytics and then as the VP of Marketing & Analytics. In their current role, they provide support to the Performance Marketing group, leads remarketing efforts, and heads the recapture triggers program.

Dona Dinescu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Economics from the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 1993 to 1999. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analysis from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
