The Role
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) you will lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various internal, and customer facing projects within our organization. You will strive to deliver and scale high-quality software products on time to market, in alignment with strategic goals while meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders. TPM’s possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong track record in project management, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. They are responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company's core values, culture, policy, and procedures at all times.
What You'll Do
As the Technical Project manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Prioritize client satisfaction by fostering open and transparent communication, understanding their requirements, and guiding the project team in delivering tailored solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Create a comprehensive project schedule and allocate tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring that technical solutions align with project requirements and industry best practices. Proactively address technical challenges and roadblocks to keep the project on track.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, clients, and external partners. Provide regular project status updates, technical reports, and address any technical concerns or queries.
Identify potential technical risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor technical risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans when necessary.
