Jesus Fuentes

Jesus Fuentes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jesus started their career at SourceHOV as a Project Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing multiple operations teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jesus then joined GENPACT LLC as a Project Manager, where they led projects using PMP and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Jesus also worked at Honeywell as an IT HR Project Manager, successfully implementing the Siebel ticketing system globally.

In 2010, Jesus joined Tiempo Development Mexico and served as a Sales Engineer, driving prospects and creating business/technical solutions for customers. Jesus then became a Program Manager, overseeing operations and managing multiple accounts of the program. Jesus was also a leader and coach for project managers in the program.

Since 2018, Jesus has been working at LoanPro Software. Jesus started as a Scrum Master, leading the implementation of agile practices in software development. Jesus then took on the role of Product Owner, responsible for prioritizing and managing the product backlog. Currently, Jesus serves as an Audit, Process & Compliance Director, where they are in charge of creating, implementing, and updating processes across various areas of the company. Jesus is also a leader in certification processes for SOC1/SOC2 and PCI Compliance.

Jesus Fuentes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Technology of Sonora. Jesus attended this institution from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they pursued an English Language program at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2003 to 2004 at their Centro de Idiomas. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained two cybersecurity certifications, "ISO 27001:2013-Compliant Cybersecurity: Annex A Controls" and "ISO 27001:2013-Compliant Cybersecurity: Getting Started," from LinkedIn in June 2023. Jesus also holds two certifications from Scrum Alliance, the "Certified Scrum Product Owner" and "Scrum Master," although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
