Alison Mutrie

Alison Mutrie has a strong background in HR and digitization, with their most recent role being the SVP, HR Digitization and Total Rewards at Loblaw Companies Limited. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, HR Process & Digitization at the same company. Before joining Loblaw, Alison worked at GE for a significant period of time, where they served as the Global HR Experience Leader. Alison led a team to redefine the HR experience for employees, managers, and HR across GE, including the development and launch of a global portal. In their earlier years at GE, Alison held various HR leadership positions, such as Global HR Systems & Simplification Leader at GE Healthcare and Senior HR Business Partner at GE Lighting Technology. Alison has a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, digital innovation, and self-service culture change within HR. Overall, Alison has extensive experience in HR, with a focus on digitization and process improvement.

Alison Mutrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Psychology from Queen's University. Alison also obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
