Kelly Jessop

Kelly (West) Jessop has an extensive work experience in the retail industry. Kelly has held various senior leadership roles in major Canadian companies. From 2001 to 2009, Kelly worked at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they managed the National Health & Beauty desk and later the Eastern Canada Health & Beauty and Baby desk. Kelly was responsible for leading advertising, merchandising, and planogram programs across multiple store formats and banners. Kelly also worked at Sobeys from 2009 to 2010 as a Senior Director, managing the Grocery desk and leading a team of Category Managers and Assistants. In 2010, they joined Shoppers Drug Mart, where they held the positions of Director of Health & Beauty Care and Vice President of Health & Beauty & Mass Beauty. In these roles, Kelly managed multi-million dollar businesses and led teams responsible for product management, e-commerce, and category assistance. Kelly (West) Jessop completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Teachers College at Nipissing University from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned an Honours Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne between 1989 and 1993. Kelly also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Mathematics at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne, although the specific dates of this program are not provided.
