The Continuous Improvement team has exciting opportunities for hard working, energetic and reliable people like you. The mission of the C.I team is to design, optimize and scale processes within Online Grocery Fulfillment that aims to reduce our cost to serve while delivering an exceptional customer experience to millions of Canadians across Canada. We are looking for a candidate that is obsessed with improving the status quo, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big! This candidate is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability for project efficacy from pilot to full implementation. Other responsibilities include analyzing data and best practices to identify opportunities to improve how stores deliver the best possible experience at the lowest cost. This person will act as a "change agent" and effectively influence stakeholders to generate consensus on key decisions that improve overall efficiencies and reduce our cost to serve.
As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will leverage process improvement methodologies to identify operational improvements, extract systems data, create meaningful reports and business cases, conduct and/or support activities such as time studies, manual data collection, root cause analysis and workshops to integrate solutions and improve efficiency. You can easily build relationships and have been part of large, cross functional teams that are working to solve complex problems. Finally, this person is comfortable working through ambiguity with the ability to create a roadmap that aligns with internal business strategy/goals.
