Erik Halliwell

Erik Halliwell is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Loblaw Digital, Erik has previously held significant roles such as Director of Talent Management at Flipp and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Moneris, where leadership included a team responsible for over 500 hires annually and the creation of the company's inaugural Employer Value Proposition. Erik's career began with foundational experiences in human resources at CIBC and has included roles at Bayer and TD, focusing on high-volume recruitment, campus initiatives, and leadership training strategies.
