Mark Witter

Mark Witter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, training, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Operations Support Manager at Local Favorite Restaurants since June 2018, Mark previously held roles such as Training Manager at Firebird Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included overseeing hospitality, bar, and culinary training for new store openings, and Bartender/NSO Team Captain at Snuffer's Restaurant and Bar, where guest relations and drink quality were prioritized.
