Troy Weissmann

Troy Weissmann is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BOKA Restaurant Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Director at Roman and Williams Guild from December 2021 to August 2022. Troy's extensive background includes a significant tenure at STARR Restaurants, where responsibilities included serving as New Restaurant Team Lead and General Manager, notably as the Opening General Manager of Le Coucou, which received the James Beard Award in 2017.
