Jide Jolaiya has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as Tier 1 Help Desk Support at 3ways Data LLC since February 2019, where responsibilities include troubleshooting customer issues related to installations, operations, and configurations while escalating complex problems to higher-level support. Additionally, Jide has been providing Front Desk Support at First Bank (FBNC) since November 2010. Jide holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of the People (2019-2023) and two Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from University of Calabar (2004-2006) and Pebble Hills University (2002-2006) specializing in Business and Commerce.
