Karen Ron

Karen Ron has over 30 years of work experience in the credit union industry. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing Intelligence at the Local Government Federal Credit Union since February 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions such as Marketing Director, Vice President of Marketing and Branch Operations, and Marketing Manager at different credit unions including Putnam Federal Credit Union, Quorum Federal Credit Union, Paragon Federal Credit Union, and Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union. Their responsibilities in these roles included planning, organizing, and directing marketing activities, establishing new marketing departments, and developing strategic plans and budgets.

Karen Ron received their B.A. in Communications from UC San Diego from 1985 to 1987, and later obtained an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1991 to 1994.
