Iimay Ho

Iimay Ho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and operations management. Since September 2021, Iimay Ho has served as the Managing Director of People & Operations at Local Progress and the Local Progress Impact Lab. Prior to this role, Iimay Ho held various leadership positions, including Executive Director and Associate Director at Resource Generation, and Director of Operations and Finance at The Management Center. Additionally, Iimay Ho served as a Board Member for both the Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice and the DC Chapter of the National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum. Iimay Ho began a career in social justice and nonprofit work at the Asian American Justice Center and has gained experience through several roles, including program management and internships. Iimay Ho earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Chinese, and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
