Diane McKerracher

Her role as Chair is to ensure the Board functions properly, that there is full participation during meetings, that all relevant matters are discussed and that effective decisions are made and carried out. To achieve this the Non-Executive team must offer support, guidance and challenge to the Executive Team as they strive to deliver their vision of providing excellent value and high quality care. The Chair role is both about offering advice and leadership and driving compliance, to ensure our obligations to stakeholders are understood and delivered. She also supports the setting of the company's values and standards, so that together they can produce positive outcomes that make a difference for patients.

Her previous experience in Healthcare includes the not-for-profit sector and the public sector, both NHS and Local Authority. In addition, She has held senior positions in the private sector, driving both clinical and commercial objectives.

She currently holds a Non-executive appointment with a not-for-profit company providing outcome-based psychological interventions for children and families. She also provides advisory services to various healthcare-related organizations.

She welcomes the opportunity to directly influence and improve the quality of service to our local community and to do this we need the commitment of a skilled and motivated workforce and members council Ensuring the company achieves both of these is a key aspect of her role.
