L. Elisa Vilomar, CRME has a diverse range of work experience in revenue management, financial services, and client relations. L. Elisa began their career in 2009 at Hilton Grand Vacations as a Customer Care Specialist, where they handled inquiries and bookings for vacation packages. In 2012, they joined EZYield as a Client Relationship Executive I, responsible for supporting client accounts and resolving customer concerns. Later, they worked at TravelClick as an iHotelier OTA Sync Implementation Coordinator, overseeing the implementation process and ensuring client satisfaction. L. Elisa then transitioned to the role of Client Relationship Executive II, managing client accounts and supporting account modifications. In 2018, Vilomar joined Wyndham Destinations as a Yield Analyst I, optimizing rental inventory and rates to maximize revenue across various sales channels. L. Elisa then moved to RCI in 2021 as an Inventory Management & Pricing Analyst, responsible for pricing and managing a portfolio of 600+ resorts. L. Elisa Vilomar, CRME holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University. This degree was obtained from the Chaplin School of Hospitality Management & Tourism, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Vilomar attended Valencia College from 2003 to 2005 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal studies.

In addition to their educational background, Vilomar has also obtained additional certifications. In 2019, they received the Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from HSMAI Central Florida. Furthermore, in 2023, they acquired the "214 Licensed - Life Including Annuities" certification from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
