Dave Parsell

Dave Parsell has over 20 years of professional experience. Dave began their career in 1994 with the Australian Army as a Royal Australian Regiment. In 2001, they held two positions, a Programme Coordinator at Bank of Scotland and a Pricing Analyst at Deutsche Bank. The following year, they worked as a Project Analyst at AMP. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Senior Strategic Planner at North Sydney Council. Dave then moved to Leichhardt Municipal Council, where they held the role of Team Leader Strategic Planning from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Principal Planner and Practice Manager at Hill PDA. Finally, they are currently the CEO of Localintel, where they have been since 2016. Localintel makes online economic development tools for hundreds of organizations to promote their community's advantages and assist businesses.

Dave Parsell completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Tasmania from 1998 to 2000. Dave then went on to complete a Master of Environmental Planning at Macquarie University from 2003 to 2006. After this, they completed a Master of Public Administration at the University of Sydney from 2010 to 2012. Dave Parsell's education began at The Hutchins School, where they attended from 1981 to 1993.
