Michele Rausch

Michele Rausch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michele currently holds the position of Head of Product Design at Localize since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Product Designer at Localize from December 2021 to May 2022, and as a Senior Product Designer from March 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Localize, Michele worked at Rakuten Viber. Michele served as a Product UX/UI Designer from September 2017 to March 2021 and as a UX/UI Designer from January 2016 to October 2017. Michele also worked as a Graphic Designer for the Viber Marketing team from April 2015 to January 2016, where they were responsible for creating visual content for social media and app stores, as well as maintaining the localized UI material.

Prior to their time at Rakuten Viber, Michele worked as a Web Graphic Designer at Plantage Confecção e Comércio de Roupas Ltda from September 2012 to August 2013, where they focused on creating newsletters, website banners, online look books, promotional packaging, tags, and internal printed materials. Michele gained valuable experience in fashion marketing during this role.

Earlier in their career, Michele held various positions at Richards - Companhia de Marcas. Michele served as a Senior Web Designer from August 2010 to September 2012, where they were responsible for the company's website and related design materials. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Designer from February 2009 to August 2010 and as a Graphic Designer from February 2007 to February 2009.

Their career started in 2004, where they worked as a Graphic Designer at Nucleo i Design e Comunicação and Silvia Girão.

Michele Rausch attended ESDI - Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Product Design.
