Karen Munroe

Karen Munroe is a seasoned professional in geographic information systems (GIS) with over 18 years of experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior GIS Consultant at Locana since August 2021, Karen previously held significant roles at CACI International Inc., leading the PACAF Mission Command Korea/Japan GeoBase team and managing GeoBase implementations at the 7th Air Force. Prior experiences include leadership positions at Critigen, K-C PMC, and CH2M HILL, where Karen managed GIS teams and provided extensive support for various projects. Karen's academic achievements include a PhD in Geography from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the same institution.
