Jayme Sims

Jayme Sims has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role is as an Operations Manager at LoCI Controls, Inc. starting in April 2023. Prior to that, Jayme worked at ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) as the Director of Project Services from October 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining AIS, Jayme served as a Senior Project Manager at Waste Connections, Inc. from August 2016 to October 2019, where they were responsible for the company's capital construction and repairs program and the implementation of the leachate management program in the Southern Region.

From February 2012 to August 2016, Jayme worked at R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC. In this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager overseeing the design and construction of various oilfield environmental solutions facilities. Additionally, they took on the role of Director of Transportation from February 2012 to March 2013, where they held responsibility for the Closed Loop and roll-off container line of business franchise.

Prior to their career in the private sector, Jayme worked at Target Distribution as a Group Leader from February 2005 to February 2012. Their earliest work experience can be traced back to the US Army, where they served as a Communications Officer from May 1998 to February 2005.

Jayme Sims earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University between 1994 and 1998. Later on, between the years 2001 and 2006, Sims pursued a Masters degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
