Jarvis Davis

Jarvis Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jarvis began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Jiffy Lube Southeast, where they assisted in recruitment, supervised oil changes, and provided training. Jarvis then worked as an Education Advisor at the Interactive Marketing Institute, where they performed various marketing tasks and managed incoming and outgoing calls.

In 2011, Davis became a Local News Editor at OurTown Media LLC, responsible for editing local news content. Jarvis also worked as a Board Operator/Production Assistant at 1430 WGFS, ensuring the smooth flow of broadcasts by playing music, commercials, and handling on-air talent cues.

Davis joined Beasley Broadcast Group in 2011 as a Board Operator, managing components of radio programs. In 2014, they hosted "The Locker Room with Jarvis Davis," where they selected program content, interviewed guests, and discussed various topics with callers.

From 2019 to 2021, Davis served as a Podcast Host, initially starting with an in-studio podcast and later expanding to major platforms and live streaming. Jarvis joined Entercom in 2012 as a Digital Reporter, responsible for reporting news digitally. Jarvis also took on the role of Producer/Host, ensuring show schedules, confirming guests, and managing phone calls.

Davis's most recent position is with ESPN as a Color Commentator, where they communicate the reasons behind plays and explains football in a simplified manner. Jarvis is currently working as an On Air Talent at Locked On Podcast Network.

Jarvis Davis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Albany State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In 2010, they pursued a Certification in Radio and Television Broadcasting at the Connecticut School of Broadcasting.
