Denise M.

Denise M. has extensive experience in talent and organizational development, particularly at Lockheed Martin from November 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading organizational effectiveness strategies and managing change for large-scale projects, as well as facilitating innovation through design thinking workshops. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant and a Senior Peer Consultant at the University of Central Florida, where Denise coordinated wellness events and instructed clients in health assessments. Denise holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration, both from the University of Central Florida.
