Ben Archer

Ben Archer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and human resources. Currently serving as President of Carolinas Benefits Coalition since September 2016, Ben leads knowledge-sharing events for HR and Finance Leaders across over 100 organizations in the Carolinas. In addition, Ben holds the position of Senior Vice President, People Solutions at Lockton Companies, where responsibilities include client growth, retention, and team development. Previous roles include AVP/Consultant at Aon Hewitt and National Accounts at Liberty Mutual Insurance, along with experience in Human Resources in the U.S. Coast Guard. Ben holds an MBA from Baker University and a BBA in Marketing and Management from Washburn University.
