Matt Brost

Matt Brost is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President at Lockton Companies since October 2022, Matt focuses on addressing employee challenges through collaboration with a diverse team of experts. As a host for Excellence Culture since July 2023, Matt shares insights that affirm the relevance of excellence in current narratives. Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Benefits Practice Leader at Boyd, Shackelford, Barnett & Dixon, LLC, and Enterprise Development Officer at Holmes Murphy & Associates. Additionally, Matt owned Brost Insurance Agency and held managerial positions at Mansfield National Golf Club and Bridlewood Golf Club. Matt's career began as a professional golfer with the PGA TOUR from November 2002 to November 2007. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
