Peggy Henley

Peggy Henley, CPCU, ARM, is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in commercial insurance and risk management consulting. Currently serving as Director Small Commercial and Sr Vice President / Unit Leader at Lockton since October 1996, Peggy provides strategic consultation and coverage review for clients across diverse industries. Previously, as Chief Insurance Officer for Mylo, a Lockton Company, from November 2020 to August 2023, Peggy focused on leveraging technology and innovative solutions to address emerging business risks for small businesses. Earlier roles include Commercial Lines Manager at Embry Insurance Agency and Account Executive at American Rental Dealers Insurance, where Peggy developed and managed commercial insurance placements. Peggy holds a two-year degree in Business/General from the University of Iowa.
