Theresa Nolan

Theresa Nolan, CISR, CLCS, CRIS, CIC, has extensive experience in talent and organizational development within the insurance industry. Theresa Nolan has been with Lockton Companies since June 2010, holding various senior leadership roles, including SVP, Managing Director of Talent and Organizational Development, and SVP, Senior Talent Development Manager/Account Specialist Unit Manager. Prior to this, Theresa Nolan worked at Willis of Illinois, Inc. as an Assistant Account Manager from December 2006 to June 2010, and held positions at Lockton Companies and Cory & Associates, Inc. starting in 2001. Theresa Nolan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
