Rebekah Walendzak Slepski

Rebekah Walendzak Slepski has been working in the entertainment industry since 2001. In 2007, they took on the role of Artistic Director at Bare Boned Theatre. From 2008 to 2021, they worked as a Teacher at The Second City, where they developed many online courses. In 2014, they worked as a Warm Up Host for Don't Tell My Mother, and in 2013 they became a Co-host for the podcast More Than a Mouthful. In 2018, they were contracted through MILA Entertainment as Writer and Creator of two projects in development. In 2020, they became Co-Creator/ Head Writer for LoCo Plus. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Writing Teacher for The Sketch School.

Rebekah Walendzak Slepski's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from San Jose State University, which they completed in 1997. Rebekah then attended the California Shakespeare Festival Apprentice Program in 1997 to study classical acting. In 2001, they attended the Second City Training Center to study improvisation and comedy writing, and from 2014-2015, they attended both Lesly Kahn & Co and The Actors' Gang.
