Sven Meys

Sven Meys has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sven is currently a Senior Full Stack at Loctax, where they contribute to the development of a collaborative tax governance platform. Prior to this, Sven founded their own company, Sven Meys BV, in 2019. Sven has also worked at Barco as a Senior Full Stack, assisting in the weConnect project that aims to enhance educational organizations' digital strategies. Sven has held the position of Head of Technology at Tessa and Vink.ai, where they implemented technical roadmaps and supported the technical teams. Additionally, they have worked as a Technical Expert at oneUp.company, providing business models and strategies to help companies adapt to technological advancements. Sven's earlier experiences include working as a Full Stack at Tessa, a Technical Software Engineer (Big Data) at Cegeka, a Technical Lead at iemand.nl, and a Full Stack Developer at BigData.Company.

Sven Meys has a diverse education history. Sven obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering specializing in Electronics & ICT from Thomas More Mechelen - Campus Denayer between the years 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Communication Management from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, where they completed their studies from 2011 to 2014. In 2007, they acquired a certificate in Java EE Development from VDAB & Cevora. Sven also attended Redingenhof Leuven from 2003 to 2005, obtaining an A2 degree in Informatics and Math.

In addition to their formal education, Sven Meys has acquired various certifications. In September 2014, they obtained a certificate in R Programming from Coursera Verified Certificates.
