Matt Gentry

Matt Gentry serves as the Vice President of Learning & Development at LocumTenens.com since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gentry held the position of Director of Engagement, Learning, & Performance at Forward Air Corporation from June 2021 to September 2025. Gentry's experience includes serving as a Sr. Consultant for Learning & Performance at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from July 2017 to October 2020, and as Senior Manager of Training & Development at Noble Brands from March 2016 to June 2017. Earlier in the career, Gentry worked as an Area Development Manager at Kumon North America from January 2010 to March 2016. Gentry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Georgia State University between 2004 and 2006.
