Lana McMillan

Lana McMillan, PhD, is an experienced professional in the fields of research and development, with a strong background in genetics and genomics. Lana's career includes key roles at Locus Biosciences, Inc., serving as Director of R&D, Director of Discovery, and Associate Director of Discovery. Lana also has academic experience from the University of Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, as well as a Research Specialist position at the University of Missouri. Lana began a career in the scientific field as a Laboratory Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Genetics and Genomics from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
