Gabi Knesel

Gabi Knesel has a strong work experience in the mining and minerals processing industry. They started their career at Lhoist in 2013 and held various roles in R&D, exploration, mine management, and sales until 2021. In 2021, they joined Ecolab as the Global Mining Business Development professional. In 2022, Gabi joined Locus Mining Solutions as the VP of Mining and Minerals Processing and later moved to Locus Fermentation Solutions in 2023 as the Senior Vice President and Head of Locus Mining.

Gabi Knesel completed their PhD in Geochronology, Geochemistry, and Petrology at The University of Queensland from 2007 to 2012. Later on, in 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General at Rome Business School.
