Grayson Saunders has been in the workforce since 2017, starting out as a Summer Internship at Carilion Clinic. In 2019, they became a Medical Assistant at Blue Ridge Pain Management, where they monitored and assisted in patient care for an average of 40 patients per day. In 2020, they held two positions, Certified Nursing Assistant at Medical Facilities of America and Undergraduate Research Intern at National Spine Health Foundation. In 2021, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at University of Virginia and a Patient Safety and Clinical Advancement Intern at Carilion Clinic. In 2022, they were a Clinical Ethics Intern at UVA Health and a Pool Manager at HIDDEN VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB, INC. Currently, they are a Sales Operations Specialist at Locus.

Grayson Saunders is currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Virginia, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Fast Track Healthcare Education. Grayson also has a variety of additional certifications, including an Indoor Cycling Specialty Certification from Stages Indoor Cycling (2020), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (2022), HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA) from the North American Learning Institute (2022), and Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid from the American Red Cross National Capital Region (2018). In 2022, they will also complete a Phlebotomy Technician certification from the Charlottesville-Albemarle Technical Education Center. Prior to their current studies, they obtained an Advanced Studies Diploma from Hidden Valley High School, which they attended from 2014 to 2018.
