Nikki Cannon

Nikki Cannon started their work experience in 2011 as a Legislative Intern at the West Virginia Legislature. Nikki then went on to work as a Morgantown Outreach Intern at WV FREE and as a Communications Intern for the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at West Virginia University. In 2012, they worked as a National Public Affairs Team Intern at BerlinRosen.

In 2013, Nikki became a Communications Associate at Demos: An Equal Say & An Equal Chance for All. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Sr. Legislative & Media Coordinator at Shaw Bransford & Roth, P.C.

In 2017, Nikki began working at the Senior Executives Association as a Communications Director, and they also held the same role at McNerney for Congress and the U.S. House of Representatives until 2023.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Communications at LSG.

Nikki Cannon's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism (BSJ) with a focus on Public Relations from West Virginia University. Additionally, they have pursued a Masters of Professional Studies in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University.
