Jonathan Gersh

Jonathan Gersh has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Jonathan started their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Generalist at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where they maintained employee files and assisted with training sessions. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts, overseeing HR efforts for 1,000 employees and leading high-volume recruitment.

In 2015, Gersh became a Franchise Owner at Expedia Cruises, where they opened a new location and promoted cruise vacations. Jonathan also worked as a Managing Partner/Owner at Mal de Mer Travel Partners during this time.

From 2017 to 2019, Gersh served as a Task Force Operations Supervisor/Manager at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC, where they acted as the HR representative and managed daily operations. Jonathan also drafted SOPs for HR functions and streamlined processes.

Gersh joined Hilton in 2015 as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where they were responsible for daily operations, including inventory, scheduling, and training. Jonathan achieved a high QA inspection score during their tenure.

In 2020, Gersh joined Lodgco Hospitality as an Opening Assistant General Manager, where they partnered with HR to establish recruitment strategies, onboarded and trained new team members, and managed a staff of supervisors and employees. Jonathan later worked as a Corporate Recruiter and is currently serving as the General Manager for Lodgco Hospitality.

Jonathan Gersh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the New York Institute of Technology, attending from 2007 to 2009. Jonathan then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
