Susan Latiolait

Susan Latiolait has a diverse work experience. Susan started their career in 2015 as an Onboarding Specialist at Easy Media®, where they assisted with the onboarding process for new clients. In 2017, they joined RentPath as a Project Coordinator, where they managed technical account setup and assisted clients with understanding their online business performance. Susan then moved on to Avoma in 2021, where they worked as a Customer Success Manager. During their time there, they provided support to customers and ensured their success with the company's services. Currently, Susan is working at Lodgify as a Customer Implementation Specialist, responsible for the onboarding process of newly acquired customers and assisting property owners and managers with the implementation of vacation rental software.

Susan Latiolait obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in July 2021.
