Alex Ditchfield has a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Technology Sydney, and a High School diploma in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Barker College. Alex also has certifications in First Aid, Responsible Conduct of Gambling, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Certificate of Public Safety II, Silver Duke of Edinburgh, and Surf Rescue Certificate.
