Thomas Twiehoff has more than 16 years of experience in the engineering field. Thomas started as a Diploma Thesis at CLAAS in 2004 and then moved on to BEUMER Group as a Design Engineer. In 2006, they joined Lödige Industries as a Design Engineer. Thomas later transitioned to ALS Logistic Solutions Group as a Design Engineer before returning to Lödige Industries in 2007. At Lödige Industries, they held various roles including Project Engineer and currently serves as the Team Lead Mechanical Design - Airport Logistic Solutions.

Thomas Twiehoff attended GSI SLV Duisburg, where they obtained a degree as an IIW International Welding Engineer in 2012.
