Ignacio Jesús Eguren Mateo

Ignacio Jesús Eguren Mateo has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and management consulting. Ignacio Jesús began their career as a Procurement Analyst at Accenture in 2008. Ignacio Jesús then worked as a Strategy Consultant at Logica in 2010, before joining Banco Santander as a Risk Analyst and Strategy and Operations Researcher later that year. In the same year, they also started working as a Management Consultant at Accenture. From 2015 to 2019, Ignacio served as the Organization, Analytics, and Compensation HR Manager at NH Hotel Group, where they were responsible for various HR processes such as HR strategy, employee data analytics, reporting, and monitoring of KPIs. Since 2019, they have been working as the Global Head of HR Operations at Loewe.

Ignacio Jesús Eguren Mateo has a diverse educational background. In 2017, they completed an Executive Master in HR at Centro de Estudios Garrigues. In 2010, they obtained an MSc in Management and Information Systems from Cranfield University. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
