Konstantin Mäser

Konstantin Mäser has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Konstantin started their career as a Department Trainee at Josef Mäser GmbH from August 2011 to January 2019, where they also worked as a Marketing & Innovation Analyst from January 2019 to May 2019. Konstantin then worked as a Marketing Trainee at Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH from July 2017 to August 2018, and as a Project Coordinator at ALPLA Group from February 2018 to June 2018.

In 2019, Konstantin joined BRIDGE Accounting & Finance GmbH as an Accounting Assistant from September 2019 to September 2021. During this time, they also took on roles at BRIDGE Management Group AG, starting as a (Junior) Business & Management Consultant from September 2019 to June 2023, and later as a Business & Management Consultant from April 2023.

In 2020, Konstantin worked as a Rental Manager at WBS Immobilien GmbH from November 2020 to April 2021, and as an External Lecturer at Fachhochschule Vorarlberg from February 2020 to March 2020. In 2021, they joined MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® as a Guest Lecturer in August, and later worked at Loft Film as a Business Development Manager from October 2021 to March 2023. Konstantin continued at Loft Film as a Business Development Coach from March 2023.

Konstantin also has had guest lecturer positions at Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in January 2022 and MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in August 2021.

Konstantin Mäser's education history begins with their time at HTL Dornbirn, where they pursued a degree in Logistics from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they attended FHV - Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business. During their studies at FHV, they also participated in the Intercultural Competence (Buddy Student Program) certification program offered by the institution in January 2018.

In 2018 and 2019, Mäser further expanded their knowledge by attending Mälardalen University, studying Business Administration. At this institution, they did not specify a specific degree name.

To deepen their expertise in business and management, Mäser pursued a Master of Arts in International Business & Management at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Mäser has obtained several certifications. Konstantin acquired the Mentaltrainer B-Lizenz certification from BSA-Akademie in August 2016 and the Berater für Stressmanagement B-Lizenz certification from the same institution in June 2017. In 2019, they were honored with the Best Junior Consultant certification from FH Vorarlberg. Afterward, Mäser earned the Sicherheitsbeauftragter certification from ExpertMe GmbH in May 2022.
