Branka Jerse

Branka serves in Loftware as a VP, Strategic Finance and Administration. She is a highly experienced finance professional with a timely combination of financial acumen, commercial and business development experience. Prior to joining Loftware/NiceLabel in 2014 she served as a board member and CFO in the largest SEE IT services provider Hermes Softlab, later acquired by Comtrade. She kept executive director, finance director or group FP&A roles in large companies as well as SMEs in a variety of industries, including IT, pharma, investment banking and airline maintenance. She also managed HR, Operations, and other general administration teams. In her role, she actively led and participated in M&A and post-transaction integration processes and led financial restructuring projects.
