John M.

John M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. John began their career as a Design Studio Manager at JHT Group, where they led a team in designing logos and signs for large corporate organizations. John then transitioned into the gaming industry, working as a Production Coordinator at Blue Monkey Studios/Play On DVD, where they coordinated the development of Nintendo Wii, DS, Playstation 2, PC, and Interactive DVD games for various publishing houses. John also worked as a Producer at Route 1 Games, where they were responsible for the entire development life cycle of a product, including design, scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, and localization.

In 2009, John joined Ubisoft as a Production Manager, overseeing the UI production for Driver San Francisco on PS3 and Xbox360. John managed the scheduling and project management of the internal UI team. John later transitioned to GAP Systems Ltd as a Project Manager, where they led two large internal development teams and utilized Agile project management methodologies to produce SaaS solutions for global corporate clients. Along with this role, they also served as a Software Development Director, overseeing software development initiatives.

Most recently, John joined Loftware as a Software Development Director in 2018, but no specific end date is provided for this role.

John M. attended Cornell University in 2019, where they completed a Systems Thinking - Project Management Certificate Program. In 1996, they studied at West College Scotland formerly James Watt College, earning an HND in Television & Video Production. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a BTEC in Media Studies at Thomas Danby College, Leeds. John M. has also obtained additional certifications, including The Human Lens of Management from AWE Connects and AWS Technical Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
