John Cox

John Cox is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the metals industry. Currently, at Logan Aluminum since June 2018, John oversees safety and daily activities for the Applied Reliability Group, performing predictive and post-failure analysis for various equipment. Prior to this role, John served at USS-Posco Industries from July 2005 to June 2018, progressing through several positions including Department Manager of Maintenance in the Rolling Division, Lead Electrical Reliability Engineer, and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance management, predictive maintenance techniques, and overseeing electrical work on critical equipment. John's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronical Engineering from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2005.
