Erika Faria has worked in various roles for a number of companies since 2008. Her first role was Estagiária em Qualidade de Processos e de Produção, PCP at Bardusch, where they detailed processes and operations for future Lean Manufacturing implementation, improved the process of product reception and dispatch, and analyzed and controlled the quality of processes and products. In 2010, they moved to DTS Consulting as an Analista de Processos, where they mapped and measured processes, analyzed requirements, and produced presentations for the client. In 2011, they joined HSBC Global Technology as a Project Management Office, where they developed change management activities in a global department, with a focus on planning, delivery, and project/program success certification. In 2014, they became the Cordenadora de Projetos - PMO at TCP Terminal de Containeres de Paranagua, where they hired, structured, and managed a team of 5 project managers and over 100 developers and test analysts. Erika also managed, controlled the schedule, conducted opening and kickoff meetings of all projects, and was involved in the planning and management of the company's strategic program projects. In 2017, they moved to Blackout Suplementos as a Gestora Administrativa | Socia, where they installed a sales and stock control system, developed the company's social network, and after joining the company, sales increased by 120%. In 2018, they joined Solo Network as a Gerente de Projetos, where they recruited, developed, and inspired different remote leaders and teams, established a reliable environment for feedback, reinforced the company's culture, and resulted in a motivated team and excellence in customer service. In 2020, they joined Logcomex as a Customer Success Coordinator and Product Manager, where they used the Design Sprint and Product Discovery methodology to plan the product for the right audience in the right way, updated RoadMaps, was responsible for ensuring usability, business value return, features, deliveries, and new business opportunities of products, and prioritized activities, monitored deliveries, and monitored the team (Sprints), ensuring the quality of delivery according to the request.

Erika Faria graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2009 with a degree in Engenharia de Produção. Erika then attended FAE Centro Universitário from 2013 to 2015 for Gerenciamento de Projetos. In 2019, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
