Zarathon Viana

Zarathon Viana has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. Starting in 2014, they worked as the CTO at Ponks Toy. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Manager at GreenMile, where they led a team focusing on platform optimization and the transition to a cloud-based architecture. Zarathon then held various roles at Quero Educação, including Head of Engineering and Group Engineering Manager, where they managed large teams and drove technical alignment. Viana also worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Wildlife Studios, leading a team responsible for creating tools and services to enhance game operations. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Stone and is currently employed as the Director of Software Engineering at Loggi. Viana has extensive experience in diverse programming languages and technologies and has consistently taken on leadership roles throughout their career.

Zarathon Viana completed their Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação in Engenharia de Software from the Federal University of Ceara, from 2008 to 2014. Zarathon then pursued their Mestrado em Engenharia in Engenharia de Software from CESAR.School, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in areas such as React, Angular, Firebase, and User Experience Design from institutions like Udemy, Pluralsight, and Endeavor Brasil.
