Greg Pope has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Greg is the Founder and CEO of Rappel, a company that aims to involve medium and small businesses in the fight against climate change. Prior to this, Greg served as a Board Director for Logical Buildings and Voltaiq. Greg also worked as the Managing Director of Sustainability Solutions at ENGIE Impact, where they led various sustainability projects and helped companies achieve their carbon reduction goals. Greg's previous experience includes being a Principal at Anzu Partners, where they focused on investing in energy and cleantech companies, and serving as an Investments Fellow at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. Greg began their career at The Boston Consulting Group, where they held roles such as Principal and Project Leader, working on engagements related to energy, technology, and economic development. Greg also has experience as a part-time Analyst at IDEAcarbon and as a Summer Fellow at DonorsChoose.org.
Greg Pope started their education in 2003 at Georgetown University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Greg attended Georgetown University from 2003 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Greg Pope attended UCL from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained an MSc in Environmental and Resource Economics. In 2008, they furthered their education at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2009 with an MSc in Environmental Change and Management.
