James Wrighton

James Wrighton is an experienced talent development and organizational design professional with a robust background in enhancing operational efficiency across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Talent Development Manager at Logicalis since November 2023, James previously held the interim Talent Development Manager role at Kindred Group plc from January to November 2023 and served as Organisational Design Manager at Sainsbury's in late 2022.
