Richard Simmons

Richard Simmons has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Richard started their career at TBC Ltd as a Technical Consultant, working with Microsoft and Cisco. Richard then moved on to become a Technical Account Manager at TBC Ltd, where they served the John Lewis Partnership. In 2007, they joined Logicalis UK as a Team Manager in the Oracle Practice, moving on to become a Team Manager in the Principal Consultancy. Later, they took on the role of Services Manager in the Data and Analytics Practice and eventually became the Chief Technologist in the Big Data and AI Practice. In 2017, Richard joined Logicalis as the Head of the European Centre of Excellence for IoT and later became the Group VP of Technology - IoT. Richard then transitioned to the role of Group Technology Strategist before assuming leadership positions as Group VP of Global Alliances and Group VP of Strategic Alliances in 2022.

Richard Simmons completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at The Open University from 1996 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Queen Mary University of London from 1992 to 1996. Richard attended Bedford School from 1982 to 1992.
