Dominique Andrews is the Chief People Officer for Logically. She is a highly engaged leader with extensive experience leading HR, global transformation, and M&A in high-growth environments across multiple industries. In addition to HR, Dominique has led global managed services teams in sales, marketing, operations, and service delivery at IBM and HP. With a passion for people, her focus is a purposeful contribution, a strong alignment with the business strategy, and execution. Immediately prior to joining Logically, Dominique worked as an independent consultant, helping small-medium organizations through M&A and strategic transformational initiatives.
