Karina Cantú is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and compensation management. Since October 2022, Karina has served as a Senior Business Operations Analyst at LogicMonitor. Prior to this role, Karina worked at Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA) for six years, first as a Compensation Specialist, where responsibilities included analyzing sales commission data, managing compensation for over 350 sales agents, and implementing UAT testing for data migration, followed by roles as an Accounting Specialist overseeing fiscal operations.
