Carin McGarvey has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Carin began their career in 2000 as a HR Coordinator for UTC/Otis Elevator Co. In 2001, they became a Licensed Property & Casualty Service Agent for The Hartford Insurance. From 2004 to 2011, they held various roles such as a Licensed Property & Casualty Broker for H.R. Madeux Agency Inc, a Helpdesk Engineer for ACS Consulting, an Account Manager for Ticket Network, a Customer Service/Helpdesk for TEKsystems, a Help Desk Analyst for Bridge Technical Solutions, and a HelpDesk Support for JVT Associates. In 2014, they became an External Help Desk for ConnectiCare and in 2021 they began working as a Tier 1 Support for LogicomUSA®, supporting Fiber Internet Service for Rural areas of MS, AL and SC. Carin is familiar with hardware such as Zyxel & Comtrend Routers, Various Model Adtran ONT boxs and applications such as AOE, IsItDown, RT Ticketing System, PayFlex, Kazoo CCPro, WiKi & MS Teams.
